I just
received a note from the librarian at National Fire
Protection Agency, where Joe worked. He had many
friends there. They hired the bus to bring people to
Joe's memorial service from Quincy. I am putting a
call for reflections about Joe here. You can use the
comments section on this note or email me and let me
know if I can post any comments you might have about
Joe.
One very moving story I heard at Joe's memorial service was that Joe had taken to drawing cartoons in recent years. I had never seen this side of Joe. If you have any of these could you scan them and I can post them to the site.
